Quince Jam

Quince is a very famous unique fruit from the Caucus mountains. Aromatic with a hint of acid, it reminds me of tropical passionflower. We cook down the fruit with a small amount of organic cane sugar to create this simple jam packed with antioxidants and polyphenols.
