We grow a huge variety of fresh leaves, lettuces, mustards, kales, herbs, mints, wild greens, and flowers! Our salad mixes are delicious, nutritious, and unique. Highly recommended for salad-lovers willing to experiment! (Salads do not come chopped for you – leaves are whole.)

Available throughout the year – the summer mixes are more bitter with stronger flavors compared to Fall and Spring.
