Fun with Cattails!
Price range: $15.00 through $35.00
Cattail Pickles will be served!
We’ll forage through our extensive cattail population at Red Beet Row and learn about the ecological impact of this important native plant. We’ll learn about the birds and insects that rely on it as well as the role it plays as a food for humans. We will show how to harvest and prepare cattail pickles!
Dress to be outside the whole time you are with us. Please check the weather.
