Russian Tarragon Plant

This Artmesia species is much hardier and more vigorous than other tarragon species. Used fresh it has a great flavor with less anise overtones than the French tarragon. Great with chicken, pork or as a base flavor for soups and roasted veggies. Another tough perennial for low maintenance foodscapes. Likes dry and freely draining soils.
