Perennial vegetable. Asparagus is native to North Africa, most of Europe, and West Asia. As a spring diuretic and early vegetable, the shoots are indispensable on our farm. We grow our asparagus from seed because we believe in selecting for our region. Grows 6 ft tall and bushy.
